From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional, setting the tone for an exceptional trip. The organization was flawless—everything, from ski equipment rentals to ski pass handling, was managed with precision, making the whole experience seamless. Their on-the-ground assistance was second to none. We were provided with expert guidance on the best slopes, and they even helped us navigate the local dining scene, offering excellent restaurant recommendations. Every detail of the ski day was taken care of, from arranging rentals to ensuring we had everything we needed to fully enjoy the slopes. I can’t recommend this agency enough for anyone looking to experience Champoluc to the fullest. Nothing was too much trouble, and our group of 10 had the most amazing time in resort, all thanks to Simon and his team and their superb service. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and even when a couple of us had a bit of a blip on our last day’s skiing, Ryan swooped in and sorted everything out for us - he was our knight in shining armour, we felt truly looked after, as though he was looking after his own family! We have always experienced incredible bespoke service from Simon and his team: easy booking, choice of hotels, ski hire, restaurant bookings and smooth airport transfers. This year they have gone above and beyond for our party - our group of 10 travelled on 3 separate fights and stayed for a variety of nights, but nothing was too much trouble for the office. A couple of our party have been ill or injured this trip, and the Ski Champoluc team (particularly Ryan) were amazing helping us navigate/translate at the pharmacy, trauma clinic & Aosta hospital. Their knowledge of resort, where to eat, booking restaurants and help with skis and boots are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and every staff member is knowledgeable and welcoming. However it’s only when things go wrong that you truly see the calibre and quality of their service. We suffered two ski injuries in our group and we were looked after as if we were family. A huge thank you especially to Ryan who was amazing delivering crutches, medication, fit to fly certificates. Dealing with medical staff and help with taxis. The girls in the office and Simon were calm and helpful when we were in crisis mode. Frankly 5 stars aren’t enough. Thanks ski champoluc for an amazing holiday and outstanding service. Ski Champoluc is a “Bespoke” British ski company in Champoluc in the Italian Alps headed by Simon Brown and his amazing family and team. I know them all and they have always been welcoming, friendly, efficient and have never let me down in the 11 years I have been with them. I used to go skiing on a UK package holiday with large impersonal ski companies, busy ski slopes, crowded coaches, never again since being with Ski Champoluc, who provide a custom-made personalised ski holiday. They collect you from the Airport, sometimes in a chauffeur driven car, with a welcome goodie bag; bottle of sparkling wine and some crisps. Ski Champoluc provide you with vouchers to use at lunch time at several mountain restaurants, skis boots, sticks, helmet and ski instruction. The office is only two minutes away from the ski lift, with a local call up transport service from hotel to lifts. Champoluc covers a 3 valleys ski area. It is a fantastic uncrowded skiers paradise, rising over 3000 metres, so big you don’t have to ski the same piste twice in a day, with some long well groomed runs. However If there is one concern, sometimes high winds cause the closure of the lifts, this can happen in other ski areas too. But there is an alternative ski area 10 minutes away across the valley not prone to high winds and Ski Champoluc will transfer you there for free. I went there on 11th January this year and met Ryan, Simon’s son who is a Champion Ski racer and he gave me some valuable skiing advice. For many years I have stayed at the Hotel Villa Anna Maria with the Origone family. Annalisa makes me feel so welcome, I am almost one of the family. Ski Champoluc provide a great package and I have no hesitation in recommending Ski Champoluc. I am going back to Champoluc in April with my two grandchildren, they can’t wait to go there again. One warning, don’t tell anyone else about this quiet ski haven! David Dewar This year I celebrated the 10th year with Ski Champoluc, and took my 15 and 11 year old grandsons with me. Fantastic ski holiday company. They arranged everything, personalised to us. We have been with Ski Champoluc for over 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent and super friendly staff who go out of there way to help. Numerous fantastic hotels to choose from with an extensive ski area with something for everyone!
